We do not intentionally collect special category personal data through our lead generation forms.

• Submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form
• Contact us by email, LinkedIn, phone or other channels
• Register interest in the Fleet Owner Programme
• Attend or register for Mirality events
• Visit our website or interact with our online content

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your enquiry or expression of interest
• Assess whether your company or sector may qualify for the Mirality Fleet Owner Programme

Where you submit a form or contact us about our services, we may process your data to respond to your request and take steps prior to entering into a potential business relationship.

Where we send direct marketing or business development communications, we rely on your consent where required by law, including applicable Irish ePrivacy rules, or on legitimate interests where permitted for relevant B2B communications.

If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may pre-fill certain information from your LinkedIn profile. The information you submit is shared with Mirality for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in the relevant form.

We use LinkedIn Lead Gen Form data to assess your interest in the Mirality Fleet Owner Programme, contact you about your enquiry, and manage follow-up communications.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers who support our business operations, including:

• Email and communication providers
• CRM or lead management tools
• Cloud hosting and IT service providers
• Professional advisers where required
• LinkedIn, where you interact with our LinkedIn ads or forms

We do not sell your personal data.
